Todd has a Master's degree in Public Administration, with an emphasis in City Planning from the Universtiy of Idaho. He lived and worked in Washington D.C., Boise, and Salt Lake City, before deciding to move back to Ashton in order to raise a family in a positive environment. Since 1983, Todd has sold many items as an auctioneer, in addition to real estate, for Hossner Brothers Auctioneers. He has also developed numerous homes & properties and restored such buildings as the Ashton Opera House and Squirrel Creek Guest Ranch (both of which he still manages).
