While You're AwayBI-WEEKLY HOME INSPECTIONS We will visit your home on a bi-weekly schedule, checking everything inside and out. We check for water damage/leaking, security of all windows & doors, roof/decks/patios for snow load, heating and plumbing and propane tank levels. You will receive a dated report after each of these inspections. We also do severe weather inspections as needed. HOUSE CLEANING We will coordinate and oversee housekeeping after you depart and before you return. We will take care of the garbage, laundry and general cleaning. HOME IMPROVEMENTS We will meet contractors and give them access to your property for pre-arranged appointments. HOME MAINTENANCE Leave the tedious jobs to us. This includes cleaning, shopping, yard work, snow removal so that all you have to do is enjoy your home and guests while you are here. |
